Initiate Request
Log into your account and select the 'Return' option next to your order to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

Pack Securely
Place the item in its original packaging with all hardware and assembly instructions included.

Label and Ship
Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Inspection & Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
